Sales Officer

Job description

Works in the Sales and Subscriber Services department. Receives customers and answers inquiries about services and subscriptions. Presents and explains packages and offers, converting inquiries into subscriptions. Follows up potential customers to close sales. Renews customer subscriptions and monitors expired ones. Records and continuously updates customer and subscription data. Follows up after registration to ensure customer satisfaction. Work schedule is fixed evening shift from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM
