Contracts and Studies Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Contracts and Studies Management Engineer with practical experience in road construction projects. The role involves preparing technical studies, analyzing tender documents, reviewing contracts, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and managing contractual aspects of projects to achieve company interests and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include studying and analyzing tender documents, preparing and reviewing technical proposals, reviewing contracts and conditions and analyzing risks, reviewing drawings and bill of quantities, preparing studies and reports, following up on change orders and claims, coordinating with relevant departments, providing technical and contractual recommendations, developing contract management procedures, and performing any other related tasks. Full-time position in Riyadh, working days from Saturday to Thursday with one day off per week

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in road construction projects
• Experience in studies and contracts
• Experience in technical proposals and tender documents
• Knowledge of project contracts and claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD is preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
