Requirements

• minimum 5 years experience in medical glove manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• hands‑on experience with medical glove production lines (Latex, Nitrile, Vinyl) if available
• thorough knowledge of global quality standards (ISO, ASTM, EN)
• knowledge of sterilization and steam sterilization processes
• conduct scientific research
• approve engineering designs
• production operations
