Job Opportunity Shipping and Import Specialist One of the famous companies in the field of distribution and import of food and non-commercial products announced the availability of a job vacancy for the title of Shipping and Import Specialist Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Main responsibilities of the Logistics Department: Managing shipping documents, including B/L, Telex issuance, and Express issuance. Coordinating with shipping lines and suppliers to issue delivery orders. Follow up on import documents and related banking transactions. Track shipments and update records through SAP ERP. Coordination with customs clearance teams to ensure timely clearance. Prepare shipment status and outstanding documents reports

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, international shipping, import operations or customs clearance. Good understanding of letter of credit and commercial banking documents.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP ERP software. Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics, international shipping, import operations or customs clearance procedures

• Good understanding of trading documents and commercial banks
