About the employer: the employer provides last‑mile delivery infrastructure, helping the world’s largest retailers and commerce companies orchestrate, optimize, and manage delivery operations. Founded in San Francisco in 2021 with backing from Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, the employer serves enterprise customers across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. The platform connects carriers, optimizes routes, manages fleets, and gives operators visibility and control to run delivery at scale. Opportunity: the employer has an established Middle East business with strategic enterprise work in Saudi Arabia. This role will deepen the enterprise footprint in the Kingdom and lay the strategic groundwork for expansion across the GCC. Responsibilities: Close new enterprise customers in KSA from initial conversation to signed partnership, deeply understand each customer’s delivery operation and design the appropriate the employer solution, work directly with product and engineering teams to shape proposals and identify gaps, build strategic relationships with senior operators and executives in retail, grocery, quick‑commerce, and logistics firms, support growth of existing strategic accounts through structured assessments, scenario modeling, and business case development, lay the groundwork for GCC expansion by researching target markets, mapping top accounts, and establishing warm introduction pathways, capture learnings from each engagement and build a playbook. Requirements: Knowledge of customer delivery operations, proficiency in designing technical solutions with product and engineering teams, experience closing enterprise deals in retail and logistics, knowledge of data residency requirements under PDPL, familiarity with riyal‑denominated commercial structures, experience conducting operational assessments and building business cases, experience with retailers, grocery chains, quick‑commerce companies, and logistics businesses.
