the employer Resolve partners with leading organisations across Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced mid‑senior to senior‑level engineers. The role suits engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate in large‑scale, regulated, fast‑paced environments. Responsibilities: lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through execution and commissioning; apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical, operational, and project challenges; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients; ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and health, safety, and environmental requirements; review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation; drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and project performance; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and staff; support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience
• familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes, and industry regulations
• strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic language knowledge advantageous
• ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross‑functional teams
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification advantageous (role‑dependent)
• proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools.
