Job description
We are looking for a talented Architectural Site Inspector to join our team. The Architect Inspector is responsible for site Architect works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual. In this role, you will get to work on one of the unique hospitality projects in the kingdom. You will supervise the Architect site activities and ensure that the contractors are following the approved drawings and Project specifications. You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to design intent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, construction, or inspection roles
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
