Technology Consulting Specialist

Job description

The specialist plays a major role in meeting IT customers' educational needs and designing training materials. Analyzes client business processes and technology infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities. Designs, develops, customizes and maintains training materials and simulated training environments. Manages the catalogue of learning and development activities and coordinates facilities and schedules with providers. Develops technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals. Provides guidance on digital transformation initiatives including AI, cloud computing, IoT and big data analytics. Assists clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Delivers training and support to ensure adoption of new technologies and stays updated on emerging trends to share knowledge with clients and internal teams
