Project Execution Lead - EPC

the employer is seeking a skilled Project Execution Lead with EPC experience and a background working with Aramco. Responsibilities: lead planning and execution of EPC projects ensuring contract compliance and safety standards; coordinate teams to deliver milestones on schedule; oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting; manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships including Aramco; identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle; monitor performance, report and adjust plans as needed; ensure complete and accurate project documentation for future reference

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale EPC projects with a successful track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP or equivalent certification
• proficiency in Excel
• proficiency in budgeting
• proficiency in procurement
• effective communication
• keen attention to detail
• compliance with standards and regulations
• minimum 12 years of experience in EPC project execution
• experience in Aramco projects
• proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• familiarity with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations in the industrial sector
