Project Planning Lead - EPC

Job description

Lead project planning and scheduling for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for Aramco. Develop and maintain integrated schedules aligned with milestones. Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders to gather information. Utilize Primavera P6 to create, analyze and update timelines. Identify scheduling risks and devise mitigation strategies. Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide detailed reports. Participate in project meetings to ensure clear communication. Implement best practices and continuous improvement in planning and scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 12 years experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC, specifically Aramco projects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar tools
• Ability to analyze complex project data and present clearly
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong organization and time management
