the employer is seeking Mid-Senior Mining Professionals for positions in Madinah. Key responsibilities include leading or supporting safe and efficient mining and processing operations in surface or underground settings; strengthening HSE performance through risk assessments, safe work systems, and incident prevention; driving operational performance via production planning, KPI management, and cost control; providing technical input for mine planning, drill‑and‑blast, ventilation, and geotechnical aspects; optimizing processing plant throughput, recovery, and product quality; overseeing maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed assets; managing contractors to ensure safe execution, quality, and schedule adherence; supporting project execution and operational readiness, including commissioning and change management; building team capability through coaching, competency development, and clear reporting for leadership and stakeholders
