the employer is recruiting petrochemical professionals for the Eastern Province. Key responsibilities include leading safe and efficient plant operations, driving process optimization and yield improvement, supporting or leading capital projects from scope to handover, maintaining technical documentation and change control, strengthening asset reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring compliance with HSE and process safety standards, participating in risk assessments and incident investigations, managing contractors and safe work systems, monitoring and improving KPIs in safety, production, quality, reliability and budget, collaborating with operations, engineering, maintenance, laboratory, supply chain and vendors to meet site targets, supporting audits and continuous improvement programs, and coaching teams through training and leadership support

Requirements

• Proficient in SAP
• Technical support

• Compliance
• 15+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Chemistry or related field
• 7-15+ years experience in petrochemicals, refining, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial gases or similar process manufacturing
• Experience in operations leadership, process engineering, reliability/maintenance, rotating equipment, HSE/process safety, projects, quality/laboratory or commercial/technical support
• Working knowledge of safety and process safety expectations for major hazard operations.
