Senior Consultant

Job description

The Senior Consultant supports the delivery of consulting projects in Riyadh. Ensures work aligns with project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Engages in client meetings, workshops, and progress updates. Conducts research, data collection, and analysis to develop strategies, organizational assessments, and operating models. Produces high‑quality presentations, reports, models, and documentation following consulting best practices. Supports public sector engagements including strategy development, organizational initiatives, and transformation programs. Assists in strategy execution, value realization, and performance management by defining and tracking KPIs. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integration of outputs. Contributes to proposal and business development through research, content creation, and analysis. Communicates findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to the Engagement Manager and project team. Provides informal guidance to junior consultants or analysts to foster a collaborative environment
