Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive drilling programs; optimizing drilling operations to improve performance and reduce costs; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic well plans; conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations; analyzing drilling performance data and recommending improvements; overseeing drilling activities and providing technical guidance to field teams

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• at least 10 years experience in drilling engineering within Oil & Gas industry
• strong understanding of drilling technologies and equipment
• proficient in drilling software and data interpretation
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• fluent in English written and spoken
• willingness to reside and work in Saudi Arabia and travel to field locations
