Job description

Lead and guide project teams to ensure delivery quality and compliance. Manage comprehensive planning and execution of large-scale projects in line with client expectations and regulatory standards. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling to deliver within scope and financial parameters. Coordinate communication among clients, contractors, and authorities. Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Foster an innovative, results‑driven culture within the team. Provide regular updates to senior management. Mentor and develop project managers and teams for high performance

Requirements

• proficient in Excel
• experience with budgets
• experience in project management
• knowledge of compliance standards
• minimum 15 years project management experience
• at least 5 years in a leadership role
• understanding of construction management and Saudi regulations
• strong leadership and communication skills
• decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams
• proficient with project management software
• PMP or equivalent certification
