Mentors engineers in best practices and professional growth. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams for effective communication and integration of engineering solutions. Analyzes engineering challenges and recommends improvements for efficiency. Monitors market trends and regulatory requirements to keep the team informed. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects. Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department. Holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred
