Quality Manager

Job description

You will ensure all internal and external quality requirements are met. Develop and implement the quality management system across departments. Oversee quality assurance processes for products and services. Conduct regular quality audits and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze quality metrics and prepare detailed management reports. Facilitate training and awareness on quality management principles. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and apply corrective actions. Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Manage the quality assurance team and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• compliance
• minimum 7 years of experience in quality management
• at least 3 years in a managerial role
• strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
• proven experience conducting audits and assessments
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field
• relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor)
• proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
