Special Education English Specialist

Job description

Responsible for data analysis and preparing English IEPs and school assessments. Conducts language intervention sessions and evaluates children with pre‑ and post‑tests. Uses CBM assessments to measure student progress and completes case study forms outlining strengths, weaknesses, and proposed programs. Provides appropriate feedback to parents during test meetings and delivers effective individual interventions while maintaining good relationships with students. Analyzes feedback from parents, students, and trainers to achieve a progress goal of at least two cumulative years per child. Sends daily recommendations to parents via communication log and invites them to observe sessions. Maintains organized and updated student files, adheres to CARF standards, and utilizes technology tools such as Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, OneDrive, and Zoom while following all employer policies
