Shadow Teacher

Job description

the employer is seeking a Shadow Teacher for Riyadh. Responsible for assisting students both in class and at school to reach their potential and develop individual talents. Creates opportunities and motivation for children to become self-reliant, productive and critical thinkers. Uses CBM for continuous assessment. Conducts school observations and provides accommodations and modifications to the classroom. Conducts one‑on‑one sessions in Arabic or Math. Provides research‑based strategies for teaching reading, spelling and writing. Utilizes the employer's evidence‑based program for reading, spelling and math. Writes Individualized Educational Plans and provides written reports to parents. Collects evidence on practice and student outcomes for ongoing IEP evaluation. Supports parents with appropriate home and school recommendations. Ensures the therapy area is clean and safe before and after sessions. Adheres to all CARF standards and uses technology such as Microsoft Teams, Email, Planner, OneDrive, Zoom. Collaborates with the team to design, plan and deliver a modern learning environment. Follows all employer instructions and policies
