QA/QC In Charge

Job description

Purpose: Lead and manage all quality assurance and control activities at the HVAC coil manufacturing plant. Ensure products meet customer requirements, industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO) and regulatory guidelines. Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures and standards. Own the Quality Management System, handling incidents, corrective actions and improvements. Define and monitor quality metrics for manufacturing processes. Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, aligning manpower with production shifts. Conduct material, in‑process, leak, pressure, dimensional and performance inspections. Manage non‑conformities, perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA. Serve as primary quality interface with customers, handle complaints and support audits. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISO 9001 and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives
