About the Role: the employer seeks a Project Control Manager for a full‑time position in Riyadh. The role is integral to a major infrastructure program for a mixed‑use development aiming to become a global landmark. Responsibilities include governing pre‑ and post‑contract project controls policies, management plans, standards, procedures and processes; supporting reporting systems such as Aconex, Unifier and P6; reviewing and updating governance documents quarterly or annually; onboarding and training PMC teams on policies, processes and PMIS; maintaining the project controls governance structure with RACI; developing a comprehensive meeting and reporting calendar for districts/master plans; managing the BI reporting platform, creating dashboards and data registers; compiling PMC data for weekly, monthly and executive dashboards; performing schedule, cost, risk, procurement, OHSE and change management reporting; ensuring consistent data definitions, KPIs and RAG criteria; preparing training material for PMC system usage; supporting the client’s Project Controls Team for PMIS and data warehouse needs; tracking PMC performance against KPIs and producing monthly reports; reviewing district/master plan programs to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule; establishing compliance audit requirements and conducting regular PMC audits; preparing monthly Programme Status Reports; updating the Work Breakdown Structure and mapping it to CBS and SAP projects; developing a Value Engineering Management plan, process and templates; and maintaining a standardized Cost Breakdown Structure and work package identification framework
