Job description

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 5-10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing or Production Management
• Supply Chain Management or Planning
• Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
• Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution Operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
• Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multinational environments
• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Arabic language skills are beneficial
