Quality Assurance and Testing Expert

At Müller's Solutions, we are seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Expert to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in developing and implementing effective testing strategies that improve product quality and enhance customer satisfaction. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and execute comprehensive testing processes. Key Responsibilities include: maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing tools, hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or equivalent, and proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and testing in software development environments
• strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members
• ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
