Instructional Designer

Job description

the employer is seeking an Instructional Designer for Riyadh. You will develop engaging and effective learning experiences that meet client and learner needs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia teams to design and deliver instructional materials across e‑learning, instructor‑led, and blended formats. Responsibilities include analyzing learner needs, creating scripts, storyboards and prototypes, producing multimedia content such as visuals, animations and interactive elements, evaluating material effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity, and staying current with instructional design trends and technologies

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years experience in instructional design, preferably corporate or e‑learning
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories and best practices
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset for innovative learning experiences
• Excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
