E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Job description

The role involves ensuring the quality and effectiveness of e-learning products. Responsibilities: thoroughly reviewing e-learning modules, conducting usability testing, and identifying defects. Collaborating with instructional designers to improve content, and performing compatibility checks across devices and learning management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing within the e-learning or digital education sector
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
• Experience with user experience (UX) testing is an added advantage
