Job description

The role involves developing and optimizing asphalt formulations by selecting and combining diverse mix components - including aggregates, binders, fillers, and innovative additives - to achieve required performance and durability standards. The role emphasizes experimentation with novel and sustainable materials and other emerging technologies. The specialist will design and conduct laboratory trials, evaluating material properties and mix performance in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and local standards. They will analyze test data to refine formulations, ensuring that laboratory results accurately predict field behavior and that the final mix consistently meets all technical specifications and quality requirements

• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, chemical additives, and testing methodologies
