Job description

the employer is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer to join its team. The officer will play a critical role in ensuring successful testing and commissioning of MEP systems for major projects. Responsibilities include developing, planning, and executing comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies. Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. Conducting and overseeing functional, performance, and integration testing. Analyzing test results and identifying issues or discrepancies. Collaborating with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as test reports and commissioning records. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements. Providing technical support and guidance to junior testing and commissioning staff. Location: Mecca

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems with a focus on major construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in industry standard testing equipment and software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems
