We are seeking dynamic and passionate English Language Teachers (male and female) to join our esteemed team in Riyadh. You will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include: planning, preparing, and delivering courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons, appropriate to the needs, interests, experience, and existing knowledge of students. Assisting in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Department. Contributing to the Department’s improvement plan and its implementation. Contributing to the whole college’s planning activities. Contributing to the Department process of self-review, evaluation, and improvement planning activities. Undertaking formative and summative assessments to ensure progress and implement interventions where required.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education
• TEFL Level 4 certification
• Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post
• secondary sector
• Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing
• Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment
• Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively
• Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment
• Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices
• Strong problem
