Electronics and Embedded Systems Trainer

Join the employer College International in Riyadh to deliver high‑quality theoretical and practical training in electronics, embedded systems, PCB manufacturing and assembly, industrial automation, and automated production lines for chemical and defense sectors. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, workshops and assessments aligned with industry standards, evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback, maintain teaching quality through peer reviews, develop and update course content, ensure safety and maintenance of lab equipment, organize industry visits and guest lectures, support trainee recruitment and mentorship, promote equal opportunities, and collaborate with the training team while staying current with industry and pedagogical advances.

Requirements

• minimum of 3 years industry experience in electronics manufacturing, embedded systems, PCB assembly or automation
• minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Automation Technology or related field, or recognized professional certification such as IPC Certified Electronics Technician, Certified PCB Design and Manufacturing Specialist, Certified Automation Professional, Siemens PLC Programmer Certification
• good competency in English (CEFR B1) with proof via IELTS, TOEFL, STEP or similar
• enhanced security clearance required
• knowledge of analog and digital electronics testing & troubleshooting, RF/Microwave and optoelectronic testing, microcontroller programming and embedded systems, automated testing equipment and robotics integration
• prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting
• recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training or equivalent)
• experience with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies
• experience with assessing and internal verification
• End‑Point Assessment (EPA) experience or assessor qualification such as CAVA or the employer
• industry‑recognized certifications like Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2).
