The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training, developing and refining training materials, and providing guidance and mentorship to trainees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in explosives plant operations, coatings and finishing, chemical inspection or chemical laboratory analysis
• Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Chemical Technology, Explosives Technology, Material Science or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees
• Enhanced security clearance will be required
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
