Job description

The role focuses on driving technological innovation and successful project execution. It includes designing and implementing robust technical solutions, guiding teams through complex challenges, and aligning technical initiatives with business objectives to support organizational growth. Responsibilities: making technical decisions and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and programming languages; designing system architecture; solving complex technical problems; optimizing development processes; managing the team, delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and resolving conflicts; planning and scheduling projects, allocating resources, and managing risks; communicating with stakeholders; collaborating with functions such as Product Management and Business; overseeing security and compliance; contributing to long‑term technical strategy, identifying innovation opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends.

• experience leading technical teams in finance, healthcare or e‑commerce sectors
• familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• experience with Java, Python, C# or JavaScript
• strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
• experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and IaC
• proficiency in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• strong leadership and team management skills
• excellent verbal and written communication
• ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• high initiative and self‑motivation.
