Technical Construction Advisor - Logistics Facilities

Job description

Provides expert guidance and support to clients throughout the construction process, ensuring efficient project execution. Oversees and guides warehouse construction projects; conducts technical reviews and offers recommendations during design and execution; advises on turnkey construction design, procurement, and contracts; guides 3PL operator requirements and operational efficiencies; ensures adherence to best practices and standards; evaluates project plans, specifications, and designs to identify issues and recommend improvements; conducts site visits to assess construction progress and compliance; prepares technical reports and documentation to support decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 15–20 years experience in design and delivery of institutional grade‑A logistics facilities across EMEA and GCC
• strong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance
• proven experience with turnkey construction design and contract structures
• exposure to major 3PL operators and understanding of their operational standards and facility requirements
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage.
