Graphic Designer

Job description

Join the employer as a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing materials that convey the brand message. Work on digital graphics, print media, branding elements, and promotional campaigns. Support design of executive QBRs, business plan presentations, quarterly newsletters, recognition programs, awareness booths, employee engagement activities, and townhall events. Collaborate with the automation team to design dashboard platforms, visuals, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
• proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• technical skills in Power BI
• creativity in developing illustrations and animations
• strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas effectively
• detail-oriented with excellent time management
• knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
