Senior Maintenance Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with background in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore or large‑scale infrastructure projects. The role leads maintenance and construction engineering activities while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, international codes and industry standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Plan, schedule and direct construction and maintenance activities to meet milestones and performance targets. Oversee construction subcontractors ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards. Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards, codes and specifications. Identify and implement improvements in construction, maintenance and operational practices. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and support decision‑making to maintain timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 6+ years of work experience
• proven experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore or major infrastructure construction projects
• strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, economic principles and industry regulations
• excellent coordination, planning and project management skills
• strong communication and leadership abilities
