The role involves performing quality activities in accordance with the quality management system, establishing inspection and test plans, and carrying out inspections to determine conformity to quality requirements. It also includes managing and performing inspection of Steel-Structure discipline, generating client Requests for Inspection, and preparing/reviewing quality procedure documents.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Certificate related to mechanical discipline
• Experience from project start to completion
• Technical knowledge and familiarity with international codes and standards
• Ability to investigate and analyze nonconformities and figure out solutions
• Capability of planning and controlling inspections
• Thorough working knowledge of International Codes and Standards, specifically ASME and API Codes/practices
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems
• Competencies in Client Management, Communication, Work Proficiency, Problem solving, Documentation Control, Technical Know-how, Decision Making, and Reports preparation.
