Systems Engineer

Job description

the employer Systems Limited is expanding its support team for the the employer product, a multi‑awarded meeting and collaboration solution for boards and leadership teams. You will design and implement system architectures to ensure security frameworks, and coordinate with system administrators and project team members to manage system configuration and set up and maintain cost‑effective and efficient hardware and software to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Fast learner with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Flexible to adapt to changing shift schedules, including weekends, holidays and different time zones
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to set up servers with hardening and firewall policies
• Ability to implement the employer applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud)
• Ability to identify and analyze system integration problems
• Ability to resolve server issues by identifying root cause and taking immediate remedial actions
• Ability to formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ability to identify recurrent tasks and recommend automation tools
• On‑call availability to support cases.
