Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
• 15+ years experience in commercial management or similar role, preferably in construction or engineering
• strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• proven problem‑solving ability and strategic mindset
• ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
• fluency in English
• knowledge of Arabic is a plus
