Road Engineer

Job description

Lead the design and review of road and highway works including alignments, pavements, drainage and traffic elements. Review and approve drawings, technical specifications and design submissions. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with standards, codes and Saudi authority requirements. Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety and adherence to approved designs. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues. Prepare technical reports, progress updates and engineering documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
• minimum 10 years experience in road and infrastructure projects
• strong knowledge of road design standards and specifications
• proven experience working with consultants and contractors
• ability to review designs and manage technical interfaces
• good communication and leadership skills
