Job description
Immersive One is a leading cyber resilience platform worldwide. Showcase its value and secure technical wins alongside top cybersecurity minds. Act as a trusted technical advisor from pre‑sale to post‑sale, conduct proofs of concept with new and existing customers, build key relationships to drive business outcomes, and lead platform adoption through a programmatic cyber workforce resilience approach. Provide continuous embedded consulting throughout the contract to ensure customer success and maturity in cyber resilience
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant
- experience in pre‑sales role
- experience in Customer Success is highly desirable
- extensive client‑facing experience with C‑level and technical stakeholders
- proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware, software, databases, networking, security, software development)
- hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux
- knowledge of security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti‑malware, SIEM)
- familiarity with public cloud environments
- ability to deliver technical presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences
- CISSP certification desirable.
