Job description

The role involves delivering technical training on H145 helicopters and maintaining training records in line with PSS/GSAC policies and procedures. Responsibilities include creating training materials such as charts and slides, developing on‑the‑job training curricula, directly supervising trainees, and ensuring compliance with safety and integrity standards.

Requirements

• EASA Part 66 or FAA license preferred
• Type rating on H145 from an approved OEM organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for training records
• Level‑7 specialty qualification in logistics, maintenance or training preferred
• All CV information must be verified by official documents
• Successful completion of PSS/GSAC interview (physical or online)
• Security clearance from KSA government
• Minimum diploma in avionics or recognized aviation training program
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in H145 maintenance (military or civilian)
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a technical instructor
• Experience developing OJT curriculum for entry‑level and advanced technicians
• Experience creating teaching aids (charts, graphs, handouts, slides)
• Direct supervision experience of new technicians during training evaluations
• Preferred 3 years technical writing experience
• Instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization
• English proficiency at least IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
• Software skills: working knowledge of MS Office
