Job description
The Senior Specialist, Line Balancing plays a critical role in unlocking operational value within the employer's TechOps Full Potential program. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in industrial, mining, technology, or innovation‑focused environments
- experience delivering operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives
- experience in process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement programs
- experience managing complex cross‑functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities
- proficiency in line balancing and workforce optimization
- proficiency in capacity planning and throughput management

- proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement
