Job description

Provide architectural, engineering and technical leadership to design and deliver a network of stations for a fully automated Grade of Automation 4 (GoA4) driverless rail system. Lead stations from concept through detailed design, systems coordination and construction readiness, ensuring technical integrity, passenger experience and integration with adjacent real‑estate developments. Responsibilities include functional design of passenger flow and platform screen doors, MEP and systems integration, transit subsystem embedding, oversight of Tier‑1 international consultants, internal technical governance, value engineering workshops, and serving as the primary interface with real‑estate teams to resolve design conflicts.

Requirements

• Consultant management of Tier‑1 international firms
• knowledge of commercial boundary management in developer‑led environments
• experience 15 years delivering major rail transit station infrastructure
• at least 5 years leading complex client‑side engineering or architectural design teams
• proficiency in functional space planning and MEP coordination
• proficiency in platform screen door integration and life‑safety systems
• knowledge of automated/driverless GoA4 lines
• experience in multi‑stakeholder real‑estate master‑plan projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering or related field
• professional chartership (RIBA, AIA, CEng or equivalent) advantageous
