Responsibilities: provide technical leadership and oversight for all façade engineering activities ensuring compliance with standards and codes; lead development of innovative façade solutions considering aesthetics, energy efficiency and durability; oversee design, review and approval of engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications and calculations; manage the façade engineering team, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery; coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams and client representatives for seamless integration; develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation; monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; implement rigorous quality control procedures to meet project requirements and industry standards; conduct regular quality audits and reviews to address potential issues; foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team; build strong client and stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Represent the employer at project meetings and presentations demonstrating technical expertise and leadership
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years experience in façade engineering with landscape works supporting high‑quality public realm
• In‑depth knowledge of façade design standards, codes and regulations including AISC, AISI and local codes
• Proficient with structural analysis software and advanced engineering tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced international environment
