Senior Manager: Station MEP

the employer offers a career where you thrive with exceptional people. The Senior Manager: Station MEP leads end‑to‑end design and build of station MEP systems on major rail or transit projects. Acts as the client’s primary contact, ensures requirements, contracts and standards are met, manages the full design lifecycle, oversees construction, quality, testing and handover, and drives risk management and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• proficient in managing and tracking station MEP design and construction against schedule
• knowledge of employer requirements, contracts and standards
• experience reviewing design submissions, drawings, calculations for HVAC, power, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, vertical transport, ELV/BMS, life safety
• ability to chair design review meetings and value engineering workshops
• oversight of construction activities, quality assurance and HSE compliance
• proficient in preparing progress reports and dashboards for senior management
• risk register maintenance and mitigation
• effective communication with internal departments and external authorities
• leadership and mentoring of MEP engineering team
• professional engineering registration (CEng or PE) highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management advantage
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantage
• minimum 15 years experience in MEP engineering for major buildings and rail/transit stations
