Job description
You will support architectural design, technical coordination and BIM management across project deliverables. Responsibilities include supporting architectural and interior design coordination, producing and reviewing CAD drawings, BIM models and renderings per project requirements, establishing and maintaining architectural design guidelines and BIM standards, reviewing architectural and construction documents for accuracy and compliance, developing and enforcing BIM procedures and workflows, providing BIM technical guidance to project teams, and performing other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other digital design software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 15+ years related work experience
- strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes
- ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
- good communication skills to explain technical BIM concepts clearly
