Own commercial strategy and execution across all revenue streams including Group, Conference and Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Spa; maximize revenue and profitability in partnership with General Managers and Finance; lead pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting and business reviews; align on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce and public relations to support brand positioning; monitor market trends and competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly; build trusted relationships with owners, operators, the employer corporate teams and external partners; develop a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programs.
