Senior Technical Manager

Job description

Leads and oversees technical delivery of large-scale luxury hospitality and leisure developments. Manages all technical aspects of high‑end hotels, resorts, and mixed‑use complexes. Provides expert guidance in architecture and interior design coordination to align with project vision and brand standards. Oversees integration of MEP and structural systems during design and construction phases. Reviews and approves architectural, interior design, MEP, and structural drawings for technical accuracy and constructability. Drives design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensures compliance with local codes, international standards, and luxury hospitality benchmarks. Supports project teams from concept through design, tendering, construction, and handover. Identifies technical risks and implements mitigation strategies. Delivers projects on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards. Acts as primary technical interface between developers, consultants, operators, and contractors. Monitors site progress and ensures adherence to approved designs and specifications. Establishes and enforces quality control procedures across all disciplines. Ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance
