the employer is the official licensee of the employer Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, operating a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Jeddah that supplies premium bedding to retail consumers and luxury hospitality groups. The role oversees implementation, maintenance, and optimization of AI models, automation scripts, and digital customer assistants. It bridges data architecture, IT infrastructure (including the Odoo ERP environment), and daily business applications across production, sales, and logistics. Core duties include system administration of AI models, enhancing conversational algorithms, integrating AI analytics into ERP, ensuring data integrity, monitoring performance, and creating technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
• minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in system administration, database management or software workflows with focus on AI deployment and script automation
• practical experience managing NLP models, recommendation engines or chatbots
• proficiency in data scrubbing, CSV imports and connecting APIs to ERP systems
• strong documentation skills and fluent technical English
• current residency in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama
• nationality limited to Egyptian, Indian or Pakistani
• on‑site work at the Jeddah factory/corporate offices
