Job description

the employer provides sustainable technology solutions covering the full asset lifecycle. The company seeks a full‑time Planner to prepare and develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical and general services. Responsibilities include creating routine and preventive maintenance plans, ensuring proper resource planning, analyzing operational and maintenance issues, participating in technical meetings, coordinating with the CET department and stakeholders to ensure availability of staff, materials, tools and equipment, preparing statistical and technical reports, using SAP for effective plan execution, assisting in KPI measurement, maintaining records, and complying with health, safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• 10+ years maintenance planning experience
• proficient in SAP
• technical expertise
• knowledge of urban planning law
• advisory on land use
• feasibility study execution
• advisory on architectural matters
• topography
