Staff Test Engineer, Powertrain

Job description

The engineer will lead manufacturing test strategies for electrical powertrain systems including inverters, drive units and high voltage battery assemblies. He will have senior technical responsibility for defining testing standards, ensuring safety, and providing traceable data across production stages. Works in close collaboration with design, control, quality, production engineering teams and external equipment suppliers. Provides technical supervision and guidance to specialty engineers and participates in external test equipment reviews.
